Provincial nominee program (PNP)
Each Canadian province and territory has its own “streams” and requirements targeting a particular group or background. Some provincial nominee programs can be processed directly without an express entry profile while most do require a valid express entry profile. It is recommended to still have an express entry profile if you intend to apply only for programs that don’t require express entry.
Either way, depending on the program, you may still need your other supporting documents like your education evaluation, your language assessment, your police compliance certificate, your job offer, your work experience proofs etc.
